My BooksMy Books

Writing has always been my passion. At school, my composition scripts were often taken to the school office to entertain visitors. Documentation and record keeping in Aircraft Maintenance  Engineering is as important as the work itself. Report writing in the office helped to hone my writing ability and to crown this I enrolled for a comprehensive course in creative writing with Writers Bureau Courses in Manchester, England.

My first book “Restored Hope from Ifon to Israel” an autobiography of Emmanuel Ajayi Adigun  published in November 2015 was dedicated to all indigent students in secondary schools in Ifon  It is my hope that they will benefit from my experience as a struggling student in the same town and be inspired by the help God sent to me.

In the course of my learning at the Writers Bureau, I realized the importance of having a family history in every family.  Coming from an important family of chiefs, I have a clear understanding of my family background and this allows me to better appreciate the things many people take for granted. A person’s roots and origin is one of the most important things to explore. It alone can bring you close to self-discovery. I enjoy writing family history for those who wish to have a better perspective of their life.

POOR MAINTENANCE CULTURE IN NIGERIA DEMYSTIFIED

SAFETY IN AVIATION

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) was reported to have attributed half of the air crashes that occured around the globe in the year 2012 to Africa. The Director- General of AITA, Tony Tyler described the above figure in Lagos as shocking and therefore urged African governments to invest

THE PROPOSED NATIONAL CARRIER

The honourable Minister of State- Aviation, Mr. Hadi Sirika recently unfolded the vision and strategies of  the President Muhammadu Buhari Administration for the Nigerian Aviation Industry. The aviation sector of the economy has not been performing optimally for some time now. Nigeria Airways, the defunct national airline, was liquidated over ten years ago by the President Olusegun Obasanjo Administration.

AIRPLANE, SPEED AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

“The story of speed is the story of technology, travel and economic growth”, wrote Leo Schefer in the Journal of the Society of Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Technologists. He added, “Transportation has progressed through a series of speed plateaus which represent a stage in technological development, a need for moving faster and a spur to economic expansion”.  This is unassailably true.
